The Couscous

Couscous with dried meat
For 2kg meal. Mix and cook over medium heat for 1 hour:
-2 or 3 bone marrow
-salt - ½ packet of saffron
-1 teaspoon pepper
-250g chickpeas soaked the day before

-4 handles onions cut diagonally

PREPARING THE MEAL
meal preparation involves two steps:
