Reminder: composition of a bechamel sauce:
Recipes for 20 people! (If only 5 people, for example, by dividing the proportions 20, times the number of people: 5).

ingredients:

- 1 liter milk

Method:

  2. lower the heat and stir the roux into the milk cold, while whisking.

  4. At the end of preparation, seasoning with salt, pepper and nutmeg.


TIP: you must add the flour all at once to avoid the appearance of lumps.
When sauce is ready, it should keep warm, stirring frequently to prevent the formation of a pélicule on the surface. Be careful not to overcook the white roux, As its name indicates the roux should not take colored.
